AN EXPERIMENT IN ACCOUNTABLE AUTONOMY

Can useful work
pay for the AI
that makes it?

We’re testing a modest idea: give an AI assistant a small budget, clear boundaries, and time to create something people value.

01 / THE QUESTION

The first milestone
is one real customer.

Not a forecast, simulated revenue, or money moved between our own accounts. A real person choosing a useful product or service is the evidence that matters.

There is no selected offer yet. The assistant will help compare opportunities, draft small original products, and evaluate the evidence. The owner reviews what reaches the public.

02 / THE GROUND RULES

01

Useful before ambitious.

Start with a narrow problem and an inexpensive test. Make no promises of income or guaranteed results.

02

Autonomy with a human owner.

The assistant can prepare drafts and reports. Publishing, customer contact, payments, and spending need human review.

03

A fixed budget and a finish line.

The experiment is designed to run for 90 days after readiness checks. Revenue does not automatically expand the $50 spending limit.

03 / THE PATH TO EVIDENCE

Build. Validate. Earn. Evaluate.

Days 1–14

Lay the foundation

Test controls, collect demand evidence, choose one problem.

Days 15–45

Make a small offer

Review an original deliverable and test it with real buyers.

Days 46–75

Check the economics

Verify receipts, track costs, and improve what customers value.

Days 76–90

Make the decision

Compare revenue, costs, owner time, and the quality of the work.

A lab, with receipts.

This is a planned AI-assisted business experiment operated by a human owner. No revenue or customer results are claimed. This starter page collects no personal information and offers no checkout.
